Renova Energy was started in 2006 with a dedication to providing the best solar energy available to every customer. We believe we can make change in the communities we serve and the world we all share.

About Renova Energy
Founded in 2006 by Vincent Battaglia, Renova Energy has grown rapidly as the demand for clean, renewable energy and savings from solar and battery storage accelerated.
Employee-owned since 2016 with almost 200 employee-partners, Renova Energy is committed to the communities it serves, and provides superior customer service through education and awareness. Opposed to door-knocking and cold calls, more than half of Renova Energy’s new customers come through referrals from satisfied homeowners.

Renova Energy's Values
Integrity
Renova Energy prides itself on working with integrity in all aspects. We ascribe to the SEIA Code of Conduct for solar companies, which means we operate with the highest standards for our sales and installation practices. We work to inform and educate our potential customers, and help them decide if solar is right for their particular circumstance, and are not afraid to advise them not to move forward if it's in their best interest. We operate with a collaborative mindset focused on continuous improvement as it relates to policies, procedures and technology - anything that enhances the experience with Renova Energy for our employees and customers. This results in high employee satisfaction, longevity and loyalty. Respect for each other and our customers is built into the DNA of Renova Energy. That translates into a very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and caring culture that is dedicated to authentic, heartfelt customer service.
Innovation
Renova Energy works hard to stay ahead of new developments in the renewable energy arena - going so far as to have our own research and development facility for battery storage. We extensively test new equipment options in-house and in the field before making them available to customers. We also strive to utilize the latest in technology to enhance our internal communications and those with customers in order to make your process of going solar as smooth as possible
Intelligence
Renova Energy prides itself on being an authority on solar, battery storage and everything related to it. That's why we provide a site survey at your home or business before we prepare a proposal. That's why we collect your past energy bills, or collect 15-minute interval energy data for businesses. That's why we install and test each model of battery before we make it available to the public. And that's why we're the only local company that is accredited by the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP), one of only eleven companies in the country to have successfully passed their rigorous investigation into sales and installation practices.

Renova Energy Gives Back
Renova Energy is invested in our community and we work hard to make a difference, not just with saving money for families, businesses, and nonprofits while they help the environment, but by being hands-on to improve lives. We support and get involved with organizations that help solve problems, including hunger, homelessness, disease, abandoned animals, and more.
If you have a cause or community project you think we should consider, please reach out and we’ll see if we can help.
