  • Solar Consultant

    Renova Energy Corp. Outside Solar Sales Consultants educates homeowners to the benefit of alternative energy. They demonstrate the potential layout, function, and benefits of solar photovoltaic systems coupled with battery storage, and other energy efficiency technologies based on customer needs, taking a consultative approach to educate customers on the growing clean-energy industry. Outside Solar Sales Consultants spend more than half of their working time away from the Company’s place of business calling on prospective customers, sometimes inviting prospective customers to the Company’s place of business for demonstration purposes. This position requires the drive, self-motivation, the desire to help customers, confidence (without arrogance), and a high degree of professionalism to represent a product that is truly changing the world. Outside Solar Sales Consultants are the primary external representatives of Renova Energy.

    • Responsibilities:

      • Pre-qualify potential customers for the sale or lease of solar photovoltaic energy systems and schedule in-home consultations.
      • Conduct an average of 1-3 solar presentations each day.
      • Meet or exceed sales goals with no commission caps.
      • Submit accurate and complete paperwork in a timely fashion and work with assigned CA to ensure that this happens.
      • Conduct follow-up calls to make sure all leads are pursued in a timely and efficient manner.
      • Interact with various company departments to ensure the customer has a positive experience with Renova.
      • Keep in close contact with your customers throughout the “going solar” process to ensure a consistent and positive experience.

  • Renova Energy Service Assistant

    Responsible for checking all monitoring sites and opening cases for energy systems showing active alerts as needed. This position works in conjunction with the Scheduler to ensure all energy systems with active alerts receive a support call or service appointment in a timely fashion.

    • Responsibilities:

      • Daily review of SunPower, SolarEdge, Fronius, SMA/SunnyPortal, Also Energy, and Enphase monitoring websites to check for active alerts on customer systems.
      • Review weekly fleet report from SunPower.
      • Collaborate with the RenovaPLUS Service Scheduler to create (and maintain) cases in Sol for new alerts, in addition to schedule as needed.
      • Assist Level 1 and 2 Technicians in troubleshooting sites, remotely or in the field.
      • Follow through on cases by assigning consumables daily, as appointments are completed.
      • Open RMA cases to assign the RMA/Warranty Coordinator as needed.
      • Maintain RenovaPLUS Project Handover List in a timely fashion.
      • Assist with answering incoming calls as needed and redirecting if necessary.
    • Mandatory Qualifications:

  • RenovaPLUS Bookkeeper

    The RenovaPLUS Bookkeeper facilitates all accounting related functions for the RenovaPLUS division of Renova Energy Corporation, including (but not limited to) estimates, sales orders, billing, contracts, accounts receivable, collections, and reporting, under the direct supervision of the Vice President of RenovaPLUS and collaboration with the Renova Energy Corporation Accounting Team.

    • Responsibilities:

      • Daily billing of service and cleaning consumables in collaboration with the Service Assistants
      • Proactive collections process from both customers and warranty manufacturers, including constant and diligent communications
      • Run weekly reports for manufacturer invoicing and collections
      • Meet monthly with Vice President of RenovaPLUS and Controller to review aging reports
      • Daily receivables into accounting system, including both checks and ACHs
      • Create estimates and service contracts, and track signed copies from customers, including filing properly in corresponding cases in CRM, and converting into Sales Orders
      • Work with RenovaPLUS Sales Liaison to keep pricing updated on various campaigns
      • Create Purchase Orders as needed in collaboration with Warehouse team
      • Open mail and match payments to invoices
      • Facilitate progress billing on Legacy projects
      • Support accounting personnel as needed
      • Arrange for money to be delivered to the bank or remote deposit
      • Contact individuals with delinquent accounts
      • Run credit cards as needed
    • Mandatory Qualifications:

      • Bookkeeping experience
      • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts receivable principles
      • Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
      • High degree of accuracy
      • Attention to detail
      • Three years of related or similar responsibilities
